Happy Lunar New Year

During a freezing cold weekend in London I joined friends to celebrate the Lunar New Year. In the Chinese tradition it is the start of the Year of the Rabbit, and is known as the Spring Festival. Rabbits and Spring didn't quite seem to fit in with the environment, most of us present felt like retreating indoors and hibernating.
The Spring Festival and seeing bunnies everywhere did remind me though that Spring is on its way and that we have something to look forward to.
Having only recently had the Gregorian New Year, the resolutions or intentions that were set might not have come into fruition yet, or maybe some of us have abandoned them altogether. I like to follow the cycles of the moon, and with each new moon cycle I set, and reset, my intentions of how I'd like to live, what I'd like to do more of, and what new things I'd like to invite into my life. Perhaps you'd like to do the same? Remembering that each day is a new start, may we be gentle with ourselves with the goals we set.
