We're passionate about developing and transforming ourselves through the cycles of life, while looking after our mind and body.

We offer yoga and mindfulness sessions for children aged 2 to 13 years old, where children learn awareness of body and mind.

Empowering Children Through Mindful Activities

Our intention is to support children with the tools and space to become resilient individuals, enabling them to manage the challenges of the world around them.
We use mindfulness teachings around psycho-education to give young people the opportunity to become aware of their brain and mind, as well as their body.
All children are welcome, because all children are special and deserve to experience peace, joy and fulfilment in their potential and purpose.
